Incomplete decal

I was very disappointed on arrival of this shirt I was so looking forward to wearing ... the picture on front is suppose to be a spartan helmet but it's incomplete... it's just some lines down front with no outline to identify face and eyes. I would hope this can be replaced .... with a new one being sent out XL
